With over a decade as Product Manager and Global Director, Chee Un (Vincent) Ng brings proven leadership experience from tech giants like Nokia, Microsoft, Alcatel, and Alipay. Through hard-won lessons in leadership, team dynamics, communication, and presentation, he’s learned what works—and what doesn’t. Today, as a leadership coach, he’s on a mission to help others skip the setbacks and grow faster with real-world insights.
Vincent is a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, the world’s foremost leadership training organization. He also mentors with the Global Mentorship Initiative, equipping graduates from underrepresented communities entering the workforce, and serves on the executive committee of GIVES, a nonprofit focused on educating underserved and autistic children.
As a product leader, Vincent has built products used by millions worldwide, generating billions in revenue. At Philips Assisted Driving, he was in charge of the global P&L. While at Alcatel Mobile, he spearheaded the establishment of international partnerships in Virtual Reality & 360 camera while leading the global product management team, and serving as the APAC Product Strategy Director.
Currently, Vincent works as an independent product and business consultant for Telenav, a Silicon Valley connected-car company, where he was formerly the Product Director. He is also the founder of pentecode_, the tech startup behind “Joy Steps” – an app with big ambitions on the horizon.
Vincent earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, UK.
Beyond work, He loves his family of five, including a girl who goes by the name Coffee the gold retriever. Born in the tropical paradise of Malaysia, his favourite season is winter and his favourite sport is skiing!
