The majority of conversations and teaching will be conducted in English. However, for important points and more challenging passages, we will provide Mandarin translations to ensure participants’ comprehension. While we encourage discussions to be primarily in English, it is also acceptable to occasionally use a few sentences in Mandarin.
Participants who complete the study will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.

During the course, you will
Not only practice your listening and spoken English, but also learn, discuss (encourage speaking in English, but some Chinese words are perfectly fine), and decide how the Laws of Intentionality, Awareness, Design, and Curiosity could be applied to your career and life, and discover how the techniques could make your personal development more enjoyable, more effective, and more rewarding. This training is designed not only to coach but also to have the participants think critically and act upon their growth direction.

Course Outline.
Lessons 1. The Law of Intentionality 意图法则
You will realise that personal growth is not automatic and that having a career (or going to school) doesn’t equal growth. You will need to decide if you want to grow intentionality and have a direction and plan for it., or not.
Lessons 2. The Law of Awareness 自我认识法则
Do you really know yourself? Let’s seek ways to tap into your passion, get in touch with your purpose, and find your own “niche” where you can operate at a higher level than most others.
Lessons 3. The Law of Design 规划法则
We will touch on a critical component for consistent, continuous growth and success in life, that is often overlooked. Let’s start to design plans, systems, and habits, and let them help you put your growth into high gear.
Lessons 4. The Law of Curiosity 好奇心法则
Let us explore why some people are curious and some are not! Discover how it helps us to learn new things and gain new perspectives. You will practice tapping into the power of “Why”, learn to apply some techniques for asking questions, and “re-learn” curiosity to fuel growth and reach your potential!
